The answer is a good exercise program. The success of a plan is slow and methodical which takes a certain personality to achieve. Some have this self motivation and some do not. I was so tired, had trouble sleeping and over weight but I didn’t have the strength or energy to help myself. After 8 months with Joe's support, I have tripled in my strength ability. On a scale from 1 to 10 I Joe said I have gone from 2 to 8 fitness level. I wasn't able to stay on the elliptical machine more than 2 minutes because of hurting legs and my heart rate going too high. I am now close to my target beneficial exercise heart rate which will assist me in continual weight lost. I have lost 20 lbs. When I started I was pressing 30 lb. weight on chest press and now I'm doing 80 lb. I have been surprised of how just a few minutes 3 times a week has made such a difference in my energy level and well being. The consistency and the support is THE KEY for success! I feel that Joe is an awesome trainer. He pushes me hard and at the same time is easy going and fun to work with. We almost always do some form of cardio and then we weight train, sometimes with machines and other times with my own body resistance. He likes to change things to keep me on my toes and I like not constantly doing the same machines or activity all the time.
