The KEY to success is patiences and support.
I sought a trainer after having an Arthroscopic procedure on my left knee. Physical therapy had been helpful but I had not regained muscle and full range of motion back in my knee. I had also gained unwanted weight as well as found that my blood sugar level had risen. Joe talked to me about nutrition and advised me on better eating habits. The advice has resulted in me feeling better and seeing the weight around my mid section begin to shrink. I started training with Joe in January of 2016, my goal was to gain core strength, reduce weight, build more lean muscle with out putting on too much muscle. I wanted to regain the strength and flexibility in my legs. Joe identified the weakness and scar tissue in my knee and began attacking that with weight training,. He also used plyometric type training to increase my core strength and I began to notice the improvement with lean muscle within 2 months. Joe has a routine of switching up exercises every few weeks that are a challenge to get through but the results consistently makes you want to go back for another workout. I am a skier and last winter was a challenged because my conditioning was bad and my legs would get exhausted. This year I am ready for my annual ski trip to Colorado to ski with better legs and better conditioning. Plus my ski pants will fit better this year! -- David (pictured above)
